Permanent Jewelry
What is permanent jewelry?

Does it hurt?
Not at all! The welding process uses a quick, gentle spark that you may feel as slight warmth, but it's completely painless. There's no heat transferred to your skin.
How long does it last?
With proper care, permanent jewelry can last for years! However, it may break if snagged or pulled with excessive force. We use high-quality materials designed for durability.
Can I remove it?
Yes! Despite the name, permanent jewelry can be removed at any time by simply cutting the chain with scissors or small wire cutters. Many people choose to have it removed for medical procedures, travel, or personal preference.
What if it breaks?
If your piece breaks within 24 hours due to a welding issue, contact us right away, and we'll repair it at no charge. After that period, normal wear and tear is expected, and we're happy to re-weld your piece for a small fee.
What metals do you use?
We use high-quality 14k gold-filled, sterling silver, and other hypoallergenic metals. All our chains are nickel-free and safe for sensitive skin.
Can I go through airport security with permanent jewelry?
Yes! Permanent jewelry will not set off metal detectors. TSA allows you to wear jewelry through security.
Can I shower, swim, or exercise with it?
Yes! Permanent jewelry is designed to be worn 24/7. However, we recommend removing it before activities that could snag the chain, and avoiding harsh chemicals, chlorine, and saltwater when possible to extend its life.
How long does the appointment take?
Most permanent jewelry appointments take 15-30 minutes, depending on how many pieces you're getting and the complexity of your design.
Can I bring friends?
Absolutely! Permanent jewelry is a great group activity. We offer group appointments and private events - perfect for parties, bridal showers, or girls' nights!
Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are recommended to ensure availability, but we welcome walk-ins based on our schedule.
