Return Policy

At Eight14 Designs, we take pride in creating beautiful, custom handmade jewelry and providing personalized permanent jewelry services. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Custom and Personalized Products

All Sales Final: Due to the custom and personalized nature of our handmade jewelry and permanent jewelry services, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on:

  • Custom-made jewelry pieces
  • Personalized items with engravings, initials, or custom designs
  • Permanent jewelry services
  • Private event bookings and services
  • Made-to-order items

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect each piece before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
  • A description of the issue

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or repair at no additional cost. Refunds for damaged or defective items will be issued at our discretion.

Order Errors

If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and send you the correct product at no additional charge.

Non-Custom Items

For ready-made, non-custom jewelry items (if applicable), returns may be accepted within 14 days of receipt under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Proof of purchase required
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refund will be issued to original payment method, minus shipping costs

Permanent Jewelry Services

Permanent jewelry services are non-refundable once completed. We take care to ensure proper fit and quality during your appointment. If you have concerns about the service, please speak with us immediately during your appointment.

Private Event Deposits

Deposits for private events are non-refundable. Please see our Terms and Conditions for complete cancellation and refund policies for events.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return for eligible items, please contact us at:

  • Email us through our contact page
  • Include your order number and reason for return
  • Wait for approval before shipping any items back

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit to your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an eligible item, please return it following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
